Sunny day for the beginning companies

By the gradual filling of the Malacky Incubator´s premises, there have been created better conditions for help to the beginning entrepreneurs again via the repeated decreasing of rent in almost 17% /price list/. The price reduction have not even missed commercial companies, where the intensity of the price reduction was above 6%. It is possible to see a positive change at the rent of a conference hall and a purchase of service connected with it too.

A low rent is not the only support. Beginning companies can use structural funds and obtain non – returnable loan of EU such as a loan for the purchase of equipment, consultations, know-how, etc , necessary for its activity. Consultations to the projects, necessary to prepare for the obtaining of support, can entrepreneurs obtain directly from the management of the incubator. The management of incubator has already had an information meeting regarding the help of EU to entrepreneurs.
